For most people, life is hard enough. We don't want to complicate matters further with designs that are hard to navigate, waste people's time, or make them angry.
One of my biggest passions is observing people's behavior, analyzing it, and coming up with ideas to make their life easier and happier. Nothing strikes me more than a hot morning coffee served in a super cool design cup without a handle. I love nice and creative things but if they are not functional for the user, the beauty somehow disappears. Sometimes, we forget to consider how simple and weird users are.
I have spent most of my career working for online agencies helping to craft complex digital solutions such as responsive websites, apps, and communication campaigns from the very first brief until the final handover and evaluation of the results. I worked with various clients - tech, FMCG, health, moto, start-ups, and NGOs.
I always go the extra mile. Call it a blessing or a curse; I am detail-oriented, with my eyes always on the big picture. I am always looking to add value to anything I work on. “How can I make it better? How can I make it better” That song is constantly ringing in my head.
I have worked with teams of all sizes, collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, copywriters, and illustrators. I can be strongly cooperative but simultaneously, 7 years of freelancing, taught me how to be highly independent and seek responsibility whenever and wherever it's necessary.
… you would find A LOT of analyzing, diagraming, and sketching going on as I map out the best possible solution for the problem at hand.
During my carrier, I have contributed UX deliverables across persona definition, storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, writing technical specifications, and more.
I was always able to maintain high-quality relationships with clients while advocating for the best possible result of the project.
Throughout my career, I have received high praise from clients and coworkers as my biggest priority was communication and keeping everyone in the loop every step of the process to ensure we efficiently got from point A to Z.
Having worked as a freelancer for the last 7 years, I have built a strong sense of responsibility. I always take the initiative to ensure my projects are on the right track while I'm not afraid to challenge opinions and ask questions if necessary.
I am Czech, based in Bali (Indonesia), working remotely for 7 years.
I learned that as long as there is a mutual understanding, clear communication, and an agreed solution for the task at hand, it doesn’t matter if your colleague sits right next to you or on the opposite side of the world.
However, I will be more than happy to travel to meet you when needed.
